Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the WalkPassAI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by AI Algo (S) Pte Ltd ("Company"), a Singapore-registered entity.

2. Service Description

WalkPassAI is an enterprise movement identity and access control platform that uses gait recognition technology to identify individuals. The Service includes software, documentation, and support provided under your subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

You must have lawful authority to deploy surveillance and identity systems at your premises
You are responsible for informing individuals within monitored areas about the use of gait recognition technology
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding biometric data
Account credentials must be kept secure and not shared

4. Data Ownership

All gait signatures, event logs, and configuration data generated by the Service on your infrastructure remain your property. AI Algo (S) Pte Ltd does not claim ownership of customer data.

5. Intellectual Property

The WalkPassAI software, algorithms, documentation, and branding are the intellectual property of AI Algo (S) Pte Ltd. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

WalkPassAI is provided "as is." While we strive for maximum accuracy, gait recognition is a probabilistic system. AI Algo (S) Pte Ltd is not liable for security incidents arising from false positives, false negatives, or system misconfigurations.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all gait data on your systems remains yours. Access to the platform dashboard will be revoked.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
